Description

Dry, ready-to-use bait pellets for controlling snails and slugs, with the product also stating effectiveness against worms. The active ingredient is metaldehyde at 5%, combined with attractants that draw snails to eat the bait, which kills them on contact and through ingestion. The pellets are described as resistant to rotting in humidity, to being blown away by wind and to rain, making them suitable for fields, gardens, glasshouses and plastic greenhouses. The application rate is 2 g per square meter, scattered by hand or with a spreader around plants or along planting rows, ideally in the evening after watering or rain, and repeated according to infestation level and crop type. Gloves are recommended when handling it, and it should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, children, pets and food. The pack holds 250 g and it is made in Jordan.
