1Scope of this policy
1.1The only payments made on HSN Express are store subscriptions to showcase and promotion plans, and this policy covers them.
1.2Products are bought from the seller’s store after going there from a product page, and are returned and refunded under that store’s own policy and directly with it.
2Cancelling a subscription
A subscription can be cancelled at any time; renewal stops at the end of the paid period, with no partial refund for it.
3Refund of the first subscription
The first subscription payment is fully refunded if requested within 7 days of paying it.
4How to request
4.1Send a cancellation or refund request with the store name through the Contact us page.
4.2The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days; it may take longer to appear depending on the bank.
