HSN Express is a Saudi platform for showcasing and promoting products from Saudi stores, operating from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2Buying from the seller’s store
2.1Products are ordered and paid for in the seller’s own store: a button on the product page takes you to the product in the seller’s store, where ordering, payment, shipping and returns take place.
2.2That purchase is governed only by that store’s own terms and policies, and the store is responsible for the product and the order.
3Information shown
We show product photos, prices and specifications as the store publishes them, and keep them updated. The price that applies is the one shown in the seller’s store when ordering.
4Store subscriptions
4.1Stores subscribe to HSN Express showcase and promotion plans, paid through a certified payment gateway. Plans and prices are shared with each store when it joins.
4.2Each store is responsible for accurate product descriptions, prices and availability, and for complying with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Cancellation and refunds are in the refund policy.
5Trademarks
Product and store names and marks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify the product.
6Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
