G-SOP Granular Potassium Sulfate Fertilizer, 51% Potassium

Description

A granular potassium sulfate fertilizer carrying 51% potassium (K₂O) and 18% sulfur (S). It is chloride-free, which makes it the preferred choice on saline land since it does not add to the salt burden on the roots. It belongs to the later stages of the plant's life, from flowering and fruit set through to just before harvest, supporting fruit fill, flavor, color and firmness and improving the plant's tolerance of heat, drought and salinity, while the sulfur helps nutrient uptake. The granules dissolve gradually. It is applied through drip irrigation at 5 to 10 kg per feddan, or directly to the soil at 50 to 100 kg per hectare depending on the crop, and suits fruit, vegetables, field crops and greenhouses. It should not be mixed at the same time with calcium-containing fertilizers; gloves and a mask are advisable during preparation, and it should be stored cool and dry, away from moisture and out of children's reach.
