Prophetic Mudd Measuring Vessel for Wudu

Description

The Prophetic Mudd is a vessel that holds the amount of water the Prophet used for wudu, made for those who follow the Sunnah in purification. The measure comes from the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, stating that the Prophet, peace be upon him, bathed with a saa and performed wudu with a mudd, a clear lesson in using water sparingly while completing purification. Keeping a mudd at home turns this Sunnah into something practical: it is filled with water and used for wudu, so children and adults alike see that ablution needs only a little water. It also makes a thoughtful gift for those who love following the Sunnah and a helpful teaching aid in study circles to show the prophetic wudu measure in a tangible way.
