Natural Honey Syrup with Cardamom Saffron and Rose Water

Description

A natural honey syrup with a Saudi flavour, used in place of sheera in eastern and western desserts and blended with cardamom, saffron and rose water. It is made from 100% natural honey, sidr and flower honey, has no added sugar and pours easily thanks to its liquid texture. It suits kunafa, basbousa and qatayef, and also works with pancakes, waffles, cakes and baked goods as a replacement for sheera or sugar, giving desserts a richer flavour with a natural touch.
