MEDIHONEY Apinate is a 5 x 5 cm Manuka honey dressing used in the care of burns and wounds, including deep and inflamed wounds and post surgical incisions. It is made from natural materials in 3 layers saturated with medical grade Manuka honey. The dressing keeps the wound moist between changes and helps control the unpleasant odors that can come with some burns and wounds. Depending on the wound and how often it needs changing, one dressing can stay in place for up to 7 days. It is a frequent choice for diabetic wounds and bedsores in bedridden patients.
