Description
A single-nozzle filling machine with heater, mixer and a 30 litre container, model RK301M1, for 100 to 1000 ml. The heater and mixer stir and warm thick products or those that solidify at room temperature, such as honey and petroleum jelly. It fills up to 20 containers per minute with an error rate of no more than 5%, and can be run by hand with the press or in automatic mode once preset, with an emergency stop switch. It is made of grade 304 stainless steel in China. The filling unit is 28 wide, 1.2 long and 28 high and weighs 23.5 kg; the heater and mixer unit is 52 x 52 x 62 and weighs 27 kg. An air compressor is needed on site.
