The DreamStation BiPAP S/T30 is a bilevel breathing machine for patients who need nighttime ventilatory support at home. It requires a valid medical prescription. Its algorithms adapt automatically to the patient, and automatic airway management watches the upper airway every night, responding with the lowest possible pressure in any ventilation mode. Digital AutoTrak sensitivity follows the breathing cycle and compensates for mask leaks, cutting down on manual adjustments. Every unit has built in Bluetooth, with optional Wi-Fi and cellular modems to send therapy data to the care team, while the DreamMapper app helps patients stay on track. Optional humidification offers fixed, adaptive and preheat modes, and the one piece water chamber is dishwasher safe. The compact, light body fits on a nightstand, with simple menus, a front screen readable from bed and daily progress feedback.
