Description

The MD Buddy MD1657 crescent weight bag is built for functional training and CrossFit, with 5 to 25 kg weights for beginners and professionals alike. Its crescent shape wraps around the shoulders or sits against the body to spread the load evenly, and multiple handles open up pulls, lifts, rotations and carries. A durable synthetic leather shell and high density inner filling handle drops and hard sessions, and each weight has its own color. The full set weighs about 77 kg in total, and the bags work for individual training as well as group classes in CrossFit boxes and home gyms. They support strength and endurance work while building balance and stability.
