Description

Adhesive skin closure strips from 3M in the Steri-Strip range, designed as an alternative to surgical stitches for drawing together the edges of small surgical incisions and wounds that do not need surgical repair. The strips are reinforced with highly durable polyester fibers yet stay flexible enough to move with the skin, and they are transparent and latex-free. Each piece holds 6 strips measuring 12 x 100 mm, and every strip is for single use. The product page notes their use after cosmetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, face and neck lifts and liposuction, in place of stitches that can leave scars.
